Human Intelligence Ventures, Inc., a company incorporated in Delaware, United States (“Human Intelligence,” “we,” “us”), is the data controller for information collected through humanintel.net and related correspondence. You can reach us at hello@humanintel.net.

Information we collect

Correspondence. When you contact us by email or through the site, we retain the content of your message, your name, and your email address for the purpose of responding and maintaining the business relationship.

Web analytics and cookies. With your consent, this site loads Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use humanintel.net. Non-essential cookies and scripts are only set after you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit — declining, or not responding, means no analytics script loads. Google Tag Manager may set cookies and share data with Google depending on the tags configured within it; see Google’s privacy policy for how Google processes that data. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site’s local storage in your browser and declining on your next visit. Our hosting provider separately records standard server request logs — including IP address, user agent, and requested URL — for security and operational purposes, independent of your analytics choice.

We do not collect payment information, biometric data, or sensitive personal data through this site.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to respond to your enquiries, to provide the services you have requested, to improve the site, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.

Data retention

Correspondence is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for two years following its conclusion. Server request logs are retained by our hosting provider on its standard operational schedule and are not linked to individual identities.

Your rights

Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable U.S. state privacy laws, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. International transfers

Human Intelligence is based in the United States (Bellevue, Washington). If you are located outside the United States, your correspondence data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data-protection laws.
