Maintenance is the ongoing arm of HI-AAF, delivered as a monthly retainer with three components: the runtime layer (Bobby) deployed for telemetry and guardrails, the Human Intelligence human review queue handling flagged interactions, and a quarterly business review with re-attestation. Findings document drift, incidents, and corrective action as they arise, not once a quarter. Maintenance is what distinguishes a real assurance program from a one-time stamp; it is the discipline that makes the Letter of Assessment defensible at any later moment.
