A facilitated half-day or one-day session that frames the agent's intended behavior, its operating envelope, and the questions the assessment must answer.

The Workshop engagement is the entry point. In a half-day or one-day session with the customer's engineering, product, and risk leads, HI facilitates the articulation of agent intent, the boundary of acceptable behavior, the failure modes that matter, and the evidence that would satisfy a downstream enterprise reviewer. The deliverable is a written Engagement Charter that becomes the input to every subsequent stage.
