Operate is the managed delivery arm of HI-AAF. Trained operators, accountable to a named principal at Human Intelligence, handle escalations from your agents in production, conduct continuous quality assurance against the controls written into your Engagement Charter, and feed corrections back into the agent's operating record.

Operate is what makes a certification defensible months and years after issuance. It is not a separate engagement: it is how the Maintenance charter is delivered. Entry to the Practice runs through a Workshop or an Assessment, and Operate is the standing work that follows.
